Job summary

iAutomation in Franklin, MA is looking for a Purchasing/Procurement specialist to support manufacturing and distribution operations. You will manage purchase orders from creation through delivery confirmation, monitor inventory levels, and coordinate with Operations, Engineering, Production, Warehouse and Customer Service to ensure supply continuity.

The role requires 1–2 years of purchasing or procurement experience, experience with ERP/MRP systems, and strong Excel and data analysis skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or related field preferred.
• 1–2 years of purchasing, procurement, or supply chain experience in manufacturing and/or distribution.
• Experience working with ERP/MRP systems.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and data analysis skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• High attention to detail and sense of urgency.

Responsibilities

• Purchase production materials, inventory items, and supplies to support manufacturing and distribution operations.

• Coordinate resolution of supplier quality or shipment discrepancies.
