Epsilon is seeking an Associate, Business Systems Analyst (ABSA) to join a team building world-class customer data platforms using Epsilon’s marketing technology. As an ABSA you will liaison between clients and delivery teams, working cross-functionally with Client Engagement leads, Business Architects, Project Managers and external Client teams.

This hybrid role requires 2 days in the office weekly and offers a New Grad-like development path through Epsilon’s New Grad Program, mentorship, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 0–1 years of professional work experience
• Experience working with data and/or SQL is a plus
• Desire to learn technology and communicate complex concepts to non-technical audiences
• Excellent listening and communication skills, both verbal and written

Responsibilities

• Support requirements gathering, documentation, design support, and testing across the software delivery lifecycle
• Learn technologies such as campaign management tools, BI tools, data warehousing, and Epsilon products
• Bridge client needs with technical solutions ensuring data quality and seamless integration
