Epsilon is seeking an Associate, Business Systems Analyst (ABSA) to join a team building world-class customer data platforms using Epsilon’s marketing technology. As an ABSA you will liaison between clients and delivery teams, working cross-functionally with Client Engagement leads, Business Architects, Project Managers and external Client teams.

This hybrid role requires 2 days in the office weekly and offers a New Grad-like development path through Epsilon’s New Grad Program, mentorship, and

• Experience working with data and/or SQL is a plus

Overview

Epsilon is seeking an Associate, Business Systems Analyst (ABSA) to join a team that is focused on creating world class customer data platforms using Epsilon’s market-leading products and solutions. As an ABSA you will have the opportunity to become proficient in marketing technology platforms where you will act as a liaison between the client and the Epsilon delivery teams. An as Associate, Business Systems Analyst you will work cross functionally amongst several groups and while it does vary per team you may work with associates from Client Engagement leads, Business Architects, Project Managers and external Client teams.

This is a hybrid role, with an expectation of 2 days/week in office.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Achieve

• You will play a key role in supporting many disciplines within the software development lifecycle including requirement gathering, documentation, design support, and testing.
• You will learn a variety of technologies such as campaign management tools, business intelligence tools, data warehousing, and Epsilon’s products and solutions while developing your interpersonal skills to relay messages to the client and internal teams.
• As an Associate, Business Systems Analyst you will support bridging the gap between client needs and our technical solutions, ensuring data quality and seamless integration.

Epsilon’s New Grad Program: you will have the opportunity to fast-track your career at Epsilon. The Program is a multi-year developmental program designed to support your transition from the classroom to the corporate environment and kick start your professional development. You will participate in professional and job specific training, receive formal mentorship, and have the opportunity to network and engage with various associates from all levels in the organization.

Compensation Range: USD $70,000.00 - USD $70,000.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met.
