Advantage Solutions in Grand Rapids is seeking an Associate Business Manager. This entry‑level role reports to senior BM and focuses on growing accounts through guided supervision.

You will support private label products, assist new product development, analyze sales trends, and help manage supplier and retailer relationships to meet deadlines. Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent experience is required.
• 2-4 years of experience in account or brand management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Conflict management and decision-making skills.
• Strong prioritizing and customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Supports private label products and categories through analysis and development of marketing plans, product promotions, advertising, in-store displays, merchandising strategies, inventory forecasting.
• Assists with new product development.
• Performs trend and other sales data analysis to assist the BM/SBM.
• Interacts with a limited number of suppliers/customers under supervision.
• Communicates cost increases and related information with limited negotiating.
• Additional duties as assigned.
