Job summary

Westernacher Solutions GmbH sucht einen Junior IT-Consultant Public, der Projekte im öffentlichen Sektor unterstützt. Sie arbeiten zwischen Fachabteilungen, IT und Organisation und bauen schrittweise eigenständige Verantwortung auf.

Sie erhalten strukturierte Einarbeitung, flexible Arbeitszeiten (32–40 Std.), und arbeiten in einer interdisziplinären Teamumgebung mit spannenden Digitalisierungsprojekten in der Justiz.

Qualifications

• Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung in Bereichen Öffentliche Verwaltung, Betriebswirtschaft, Rechtswesen oder vergleichbare Fachrichtung.
• Erste praktische Erfahrung in einem Projektumfeld, Beratung oder unterstützenden Funktionen.
• Interesse an der Digitalisierung der öffentlichen Verwaltung und deren Herausforderungen.
• IT-Affinität und technisches Grundverständnis.
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern.
• Strukturierte, sorgfältige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
• Gute Organisationsfähigkeiten und Eigeninitiative.
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel, Word und PowerPoint.
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

Responsibilities

• Unterstützung bei der Koordination und Durchführung von Projekten im Kontext der digitalen Justiz.
• Bearbeitung analytischer Fragestellungen in Projekt- und Betriebskontexten.
• Mitwirkung bei der Entwicklung und Weiterentwicklung von Standards im elektronischen Rechtsverkehr.
• Koordination und Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern aus Fachbereichen, Verwaltung und IT.
• Unterstützung in der fachlichen Anleitung von Nutzern im juristischen Umfeld.
• Organisation, Planung und Vorbereitung von Workshops, Meetings und Projektterminen.
• Einblicke in moderne Digitalisierungsprojekte und Weiterentwicklung öffentlicher Prozesse.

Would you like to contribute to the digitalization of the judiciary and public administration and take on your first responsibilities in projects? At Westernacher Solutions, you will work in an exciting environment at the interface of specialist departments, IT and organization. You support projects in the public sector, coordinate processes and help implement digital solutions successfully. As a (Junior) IT Consultant Public, you will gradually develop towards independent project work and take on increasing responsibility in a future-oriented environment.

• Support in the coordination and execution of projects in the context of judicial digitalization
• Handling analytical questions in project and operational contexts
• Contributing to the development and further development of standards in electronic legal transactions
• Coordination and collaboration with various stakeholders from specialist departments, administration and IT

What you bring...

• Completed degree or training in fields such as public administration, business administration, law or a comparable discipline
• Initial practical experience in a project environment, consulting or in supporting functions
• Interest in the digitalization of public administration and its challenges
• IT affinity and a basic technical understanding
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with various stakeholders
• A structured, careful and solution-oriented way of working
• Good organizational skills and initiative
• Confident use of MS Office, in particular Excel, Word and PowerPoint
