Apply middle-level project-based business knowledge in analyzing and resolving business issues.

Diagnose issues and resolve simple to moderately complex problems while preparing presentations that include feasibility studies and proof of concept delivery.

Prepare Functional Specification Documents and other business documents.

• Strong organizational, analytical, problem‑solving, verbal and written communication skills.
• Interpret business needs and translate them into system requirements.
• Write business specifications and forward them to technical staff for system development.
• Interpret system specifications to develop, maintain and support automated business processes.
