Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's in environmental science and graduation in May 2027.
- Willingness to relocate within the United States as business needs require.
- This position is not eligible for sponsorship (OPT/CPT).
Responsibilities
- Learn various aspects of Williams' health, safety, environmental and integrity (HSEI) function.
- Transition into an HSEI assignment after onboarding and gain exposure to leadership.
- Support analytics, data-driven decision-making, and digital problem-solving initiatives.
