Job summary

LGT Capital Partners in the United States is seeking a motivated (Junior) Business Analyst to join our Platform Management team, focusing on DMS, BPM and Investor Portal applications. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, IT and external vendors to gather requirements and translate them into functional specs.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent in related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in a business analyst or related role.
• Experience in financial services is a plus.
• Familiarity with document management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements for firm-wide applications (DMS, BPM, Investor Portal).
• Analyze current processes and design Target Operating Models to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with Investment Management, Compliance, Operations and IT to translate challenges into specs.
• Facilitate communication between business users and technical teams on requirements and capabilities.
• Lead testing activities including UAT, track issues and support acceptance.
• Maintain process documentation and support change management and adoption.
