GLS in the United States seeks a Business Systems Analyst to gather business requirements from stakeholders, recommend effective solutions, document proposed designs, manage and prioritize projects for timely delivery, and perform quality checks to ensure data accuracy across application development, loan originations, operations, and external partner integrations.

You will collaborate with business analysts, IT application development and data warehousing teams to design and implement

Qualifications

• Minimum of bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience with BA techniques and diagramming tools preferred.
• Strong data- and process-driven mindset with initiative.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate into solutions.
• Recommend effective and optimal IT solutions to meet business needs.
