Job summary

Eurofins USA Discovery Services in Fremont, CA is seeking a Business Analyst to grow with our analytics team. You will gather requirements, map processes, and produce actionable insights to support Operations, Supply Chain, and R&D across the business.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in business applications, strong Excel and Power BI skills, and experience with ERP/CRM systems. This full-time on-site role offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities to influence cross-functional initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor or Associate Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science or Management Information Systems, Life Sciences, or any other equivalent degree or experience.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience working with business applications.
Experience or exposure to Microsoft Excel, Power BI, ERP/CRM systems, business application support, reporting, documentation, and basic troubleshooting.
Strong experience in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

Gather, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders across Operations, Supply Chain, R&D, and Commercial teams.
Support process mapping and workflow documentation activities to identify opportunities for improvement.
Participate in stakeholder meetings and help document business needs, action items, and proposed solutions.
Assist senior team members in evaluating business requirements and translating them into functional system requests.
