• Negotiate rates and contracts with carriers and shippers to ensure competitive pricing and service levels.

As a Junior Broker at Carrier Connex, you will be responsible for identifying, cultivating, and advancing prospects. This is a high velocity, high reward role; success requires making 75+ outbound calls a day and bringing the persistence to push through rejections to find the win.
