Qualifications

• Working towards an Associate’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field (preferred).
• Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) (preferred).
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Background screening required.
• Ability to lift 25lbs.

Responsibilities

• Record and maintain day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Process invoices, payments, reimbursements, and deposits accurately and on time.
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and general ledger accounts monthly.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies, internal controls, and applicable regulations.
