Job summary

Siemens Healthineers is seeking an entry-level Biochemist to support a manufacturing group producing reagents for in-vitro diagnostic assays. BS in Chemistry or Biochemistry is required; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Local candidates preferred; GMP/ISO knowledge is a plus. The role involves performing purification and conjugation of proteins, recording data per protocols, and contributing to process improvements or new product development in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• BS in Chemistry or Biochemistry required.
• Recent graduates welcome; limited lab experience ok.
• GMP/ISO knowledge preferred.
• Protein purification and conjugation experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Record information accurately following written protocols.
• Perform biochemical techniques to purify and conjugate proteins.
• Assist with validation of process improvements or new product development.
• Clean equipment and maintain work areas.
• Participate in lean and visual management activities.
• May prepare change documentation for controlled revisions.
• May investigate and/or solve problems with guidance.
