You will manage production scheduling, procure raw materials, and ensure timely processes without compromising quality.

Candidates should have a biology/biochemistry degree with 5–8 years GMP/GDP manufacturing experience, demonstrated leadership, and experience with SAP PP/MM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biology or Biochemistry; equivalent experience required.
• 5-8 years reagent manufacturing experience in GMP/GDP environment.
• Demonstrated leadership experience, strong work ethic, and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Biochemists performing bench-scale and bioreactor cell culture to produce protein components of immunoassay reagents.
• Support production scheduling and purchasing of externally sourced raw materials; ensure timely production without compromising quality.
• Assist with troubleshooting manufacturing processes and equipment.
