Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience (internships, co-ops, academic projects, or professional experience).
• Professional proficiency in Mandarin and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Foundational understanding of engineering design principles, building systems, and construction workflows.
• Familiarity with Revit and AutoCAD; interest in Navisworks and BIM coordination tools.

Responsibilities

• Create and update 2D and 3D drawings and models using Revit and AutoCAD based on project requirements and design markups.
• Support development of design layouts, drawing packages, and other project documentation.
• Learn and apply BIM standards and workflows, including model organization, file management, and version control.
• Participate in design reviews and coordination meetings with engineering, construction, and other teams.
• Support QA/QC by reviewing drawings, tracking revisions, and identifying inconsistencies across models.
