Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Python with web framework experience (FastAPI, Flask, Django).
• Strong PostgreSQL fundamentals: schema design, indexing, performance.
• Familiarity with asynchronous processing (Celery, SQS, RabbitMQ).
• Experience with Git, code reviews, and testing practices.
• Exposure to AWS and CI/CD pipelines.
• Clear written communication and design documentation.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Python backend services and internal APIs.
• Design, query, and tune PostgreSQL schemas, indexes, and migrations.
• Extend and monitor asynchronous pipelines handling large volumes of data.
• Handle sensitive data with encryption, access logs, and retention controls
• Implement audit logging and data lineage for traceability.
• Write automated tests, perform code reviews, and CI/CD integration on AWS.
• Support frontend work in React, API integration, and UI fixes.
