Qualifications

• Knowledge of at least one programming language such as Python, Java, JavaScript/Node.js, C#, or Go.
• Some coding experience through academic projects, internships, personal projects, or professional experience.
• Understanding of backend development concepts and software engineering fundamentals.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, HTTP methods, JSON, and API integration.
• Knowledge of SQL and relational databases such as SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain backend applications, services, and REST APIs.
• Write clean, efficient, scalable, and maintainable code.
• Develop and integrate APIs to support application and business requirements.
• Work with relational and non-relational databases to store, retrieve, and manage data.
• Write SQL queries and perform basic database operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve backend-related issues.
• Perform debugging, testing, and performance improvements.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, QA engineers, and data engineers.
