Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 1 year of related technical experience (or 2 extra years in lieu of degree).
• Knowledge of System Engineering Lifecycle, Sentris, and Microsoft Azure.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve infrastructure, cloud, and application-level errors under tight timelines.
• Must meet DoD 8140 baseline credential requirement (System Administrator 451) or obtain within 6 months.
• Ability to analyze KPI and SLA data to provide insights.

Responsibilities

• Serve Azure customers, execute tasks, supervise work completion, perform quality reviews, and report progress.
• Work with a team to deliver Systems Engineering and Systems Administration for Azure, ITSM, Sentris and Sentris-integrated solutions.
• Assist with technical design and implementation using Agile methodologies such as Scrum; plan and update activities in MS Project/ADO.
• Identify high-risk areas and present recommendations; build relationships with key client personnel.
• Coordinate root-cause analysis for complex Azure issues within integrated environments.
