• History of improving technology processes and estimating timelines.

Responsibilities

• Sketch Work Ethic sequence diagrams that make the technology flow obvious to everyone
• Drive the Continuous Learning incident postmortem that stops the Maple Grove outage from recurring
• Integrate third-party services and internal tools into the Manufacturing Plus stack
• Trace a growth-minded technology bug across three Load Balancing services to the one bad line
• Optimize application performance, latency, and resource utilization at scale
• Build Packer dashboards so Manufacturing Plus's technology team stops asking engineers for numbers
• Build internal tooling that improves developer productivity and velocity
• Negotiate Work Ethic tradeoffs with product when Manufacturing Plus timelines and reality collide
