• Ability to translate vague product needs into shippable services.

Responsibilities

• Stand up observability so ScaleForward sees failures before customers in KS.
• Reproduce and fix production bugs in Lawrence field reports.
• Identify and curb bottlenecks in the Work-Life Balance process.
• Troubleshoot production incidents across Vault-based applications.
• Translate product wishes into RabbitMQ-based services.
• Incorporate third-party services into the ScaleForward stack.
• Align stakeholders and maintain governance across deployments.
