Leidos Defense Electrical Systems Department is seeking an Entry-Level Avionics Engineer to support the CHGB program. You will work in a small team, collaborating with engineers, project managers, technicians, and customers to develop compliant avionics solutions.

Requirements include a BS in Electrical Engineering (ABET) with 0+ years, ability to read drawings and schematics, and strong communication. MS in Electrical Engineering preferred.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
• 0+ years of relevant experience; teamwork and communication required.
• Familiarity with reading electrical drawings and schematics.
• Knowledge of avionics components, power electronics, and testing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct non-conformances investigations of avionics components.
• Use electrical drawings to troubleshoot test equipment.
• Work through root cause corrective action.
• Assist in requirement decomposition.
• Prepare drawings and documentation for manufacturing.
