Job summary

The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company is hiring an Entry Level Automotive Technician to gain hands-on experience in one of Goodyear's Auto Service centers by learning how to perform basic automotive services while delivering outstanding service. No prior experience is required; we will train you.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and be at least 18 years of age.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous automotive preventative maintenance experience or training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn to mount and balance tires and perform basic automotive services.
• Conduct oil changes, tire repairs, and routine maintenance.
• Train with technicians to learn additional automotive services.
• Provide clear communication and guest service to customers.
• Follow safety policies and maintain vehicle care standards.
