Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in a relevant engineering field with 0–4 years experience.
• Basic understanding of industrial automation, controls systems and electrical devices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with ability to learn quickly and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide product support and technical services for PLCs, HMIs, VFDs and sensors.
• Collaborate with sales team and SMEs to curate solutions and BOMs.
• Assist in pre- and post-sales activities including customer training.
• Maintain CRM records of interactions, projects and support tickets.
• Engage with Rockwell Automation and partners on trends and new tech.
• Support development of marketing strategies, product launches and promos.
• Offer technical support for entry-level customer issues.
