Job summary

Valvoline Instant Oil Change (VIOC) in Franklin, TN is hiring an Entry-Level Lube Technician. You’ll learn via our award-winning training program and perform oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotations, and battery/wiper inspections while delivering excellent customer service.

No prior automotive experience is required, and you’ll join a friendly, supportive team with opportunities for growth and a clear training path to leadership roles.

Qualifications

• No automotive experience required.
• Hands-on training provided through our award-winning program.
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours, climb stairs, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes and preventative maintenance services on vehicles.
• Check and refill fluids, rotate tires, inspect and replace lights and wipers.
• Provide top-tier customer service and ensure safety and quality in all tasks.
