This role supports compliance and financial oversight by completing scheduled reviews, identifying unusual activity, and communicating findings to credit union leadership.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong attention to detail and sound judgment.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Financial institution experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review daily reports and advise when to escalate suspicious activity.
• Monitor dormant accounts, file maintenance logs, and transaction reversals.
• Review wire transfer logs for abnormal activity and maintain details.
• Review employee account activity and report concerns weekly.
• Review weekly reports and investigate any hits.
