Eques® Law Group is seeking an entry-level Associate Attorney in Trusts & Estates in Ohio, ideally within commuting distance of Berlin or Cambridge. This role offers mentorship, real responsibility, and a pathway to build your own practice under guidance.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Ohio bar admission or pending admission.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Coachable and driven with interest in Trusts & Estates / Probate law.

Responsibilities

• Draft wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
• Assist with probate and trust administration.
• Meet with clients and develop plans for estate strategies.
• Support estate planning strategies and client matters.
• Collaborate with team members on cases and assignments.
• Attend hearings and client meetings as needed.
• Learn to build and manage your own practice.
