Qualifications

• J.D. and Nevada Bar license in good standing are required.
• 0–4 years of attorney experience is ideal.
• Strong writing, research, analytical, and communication skills are essential.
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to manage competing deadlines.
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in workers’ compensation, industrial insurance, OSHA, subrogation, subsequent injury, and related matters.
• Appear in court, at hearings, and before administrative or government agencies.
• Draft pleadings, motions, legal correspondence, and other case-related documents.
• Conduct legal research and analyze statutes, regulations, and case law.
• Develop case strategy with senior attorneys and drive files forward efficiently.
• Maintain organized, up-to-date case files using case management software.
• Communicate with clients clearly and build long-term relationships.
• Manage deadlines, billing expectations, and multiple active matters in a fast-paced practice.
