Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.

Responsibilities

• Handle a broad range of civil defense litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, legal memoranda, and discovery.
• Conduct legal research and prepare persuasive written advocacy.
• Attend hearings in both Nevada State and Federal Courts.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Participate in mediations, arbitrations, and settlement negotiations.
• Assist with trial preparation and courtroom proceedings.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and insurers.
• Collaborate closely with experienced litigators while progressively assuming greater responsibility.

What You'll Do

Compensation

Base Salary: $90,000 - $125,000, depending on experience.

Bonus & Incentives

• Annual performance bonus ranging from $5,000 to $40,000+ based on fees billed.
• 10% origination incentive on gross fees collected from matters personally originated.

Billable Requirement

180-200 billable hours per month.
