What You’ll Do:

• Defend employers in federal and state courts, managing employment litigation cases involving discrimination, harassment, and wage-and-hour claims.
• Represent professionals in professional liability disputes, drafting motions to dismiss to challenge claims of negligence in E&O lawsuits.
• Handle securities arbitration cases before FINRA, preparing arbitration briefs to defend broker-dealers against claims of unsuitable investments and churning.
• Conduct depositions of plaintiffs, HR representatives, and financial experts, developing strategies to dispute liability in employment and securities disputes.
• Advise clients on regulatory compliance, drafting responses to SEC and FINRA inquiries to mitigate risks of enforcement actions in securities matters.
