Rainbow Shops in Moreno Valley, CA seeks a Junior Assistant Manager to learn our store operations and develop the skills to manage a Rainbow store. This entry-level management role requires at least 6 months as a department manager in retail.

The position offers competitive hourly wages ($15.00–$17.75) based on skills and relevant experience, plus medical, dental, life, 401(k), and paid time off benefits. A friendly, energetic, customer-focused attitude is essential.

Job Summary:

Junior Assistant Manager - This is our entry level management position, which will allow you to learn our business, while giving you the skills to operate one of our stores. At least 6 months experience as a department manager in a retail store is required.

We expect that the successful candidate will be offered a wage rate in the range of $15.00 to $17.75 per hour; the actual rate offered will be based on the candidate's skills, relevant experience, length of relevant experience, and on labor market conditions.
