Rainbow Shops in Concord, NC is seeking a Junior Assistant Manager to join our fast-growing retail team. This entry-level management role offers hands-on learning of store operations while developing leadership skills. At least 6 months of department manager experience in retail is required.

You will train staff, motivate the team, and help prioritize tasks to deliver excellent customer service and smooth daily operations.
