Rainbow USA is seeking friendly, high-energy individuals for the Junior Assistant Manager role in our retail team. This entry-level management position requires at least 6 months experience as a department manager in a retail store, with opportunities to learn our business while operating one of our stores.

Wage range $15.00 to $17.75 per hour, plus medical, dental, life, and 401(k) plan, and PTO, with room for growth and professional development.

Job Summary

Junior Assistant Manager - This is our entry level management position, which will allow you to learn our business, while giving you the skills to operate one of our stores. At least 6 months experience as a department manager in a retail store is required

We expect that the successful candidate will be offered a wage rate in the range of $15.00 to $17.75 per hour; the actual rate offered will be based on the candidate's skills, relevant experience, length of relevant experience, and on labor market conditions. We also offer a range of employee benefits, including medical, dental, life, and 401(k) plan, and PTO (paid time off) to eligible employees.
