This entry-level management role lets you learn our business while developing the skills to operate a store. Candidates need at least 6 months of experience as a department manager in a retail store.

Job Summary:

Junior Assistant Manager - This is our entry level management position, which will allow you to learn our business, while giving you the skills to operate one of our stores. At least 6 months experience as a department manager in a retail store is required.

Compensation and Benefits:

We expect that the successful candidate will be offered a wage rate in the range of $15.00 to $17.75 per hour; the actual rate offered will be based on the candidate's skills, relevant experience, length of relevant experience, and on labor market conditions.
