Job summary

The Architectural Designer I is an entry-level position and performs their job functions under the supervision of a project's Architect-of-Record.

These include assisting with 3D modeling and design, conducting field investigations, performing red-to-black markup/review tasks, and producing discipline deliverables such as floor

Qualifications

• NAAB-accredited Architecture Degree preferred; CACB-certified or NCARB evaluation of foreign education accepted.
• Associate Degree or Technical Trade School Certification with minimum two years A/E/C firm experience accepted

Responsibilities

• Assist with 3D modeling and design.
• Conduct field investigations.
• Perform red-to-black markup/review tasks.
• Produce floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, finish plans, elevations and sections, schedules, and installation details per CRB's VDC standards.
• Collaborate with architectural staff to ensure accuracy and efficiency
