Job summary

Peadon Finein Architecture in Charlotte, NC seeks a Junior Architect to join a non-corporate environment and contribute to exciting projects from concept through construction documentation.

We value self-motivation, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects. Proficiency in Revit/AutoCAD is essential, with knowledge of 3D modeling a plus. A degree in architecture is preferred, and 3–5+ years of experience is expected.

• Good working knowledge of Building & ADA Codes.
• Architecture degree preferred (license not required).
• Minimum 3-5+ years experience at an architecture firm.

Responsibilities

• Run and draw projects from conceptual design through construction documents.
• Coordinate multiple projects across different development phases.
• Attend client meetings and presentations as needed.
• Perform field verification and measurements of existing buildings.
