Qualifications

• Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch. or M.Arch.).
• Minimum 3 years of professional architectural experience.
• Strong technical and documentation skills.
• Experience preparing construction documents and coordinating consultant information.
• Familiarity with construction administration processes, including RFIs, submittals, and site observations.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Well-organized, self-motivated, and eager to learn in a collaborative environment.
• Pursuit of architectural licensure is encouraged.
• NYCSCA experience is highly desirable.
• Rendering and visualization skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the design and technical development of educational and other institutional projects.
• Prepare and coordinate construction documents in Revit.
• Participate in construction administration activities, including RFIs and submittals.
• Conducting site visits and field observations.
• Preparing field reports and meeting minutes.
• Assisting with punch list and project closeout activities.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, and contractors.
• Support project teams through all phases of design and construction.
