Job summary

Space Time Studio seeks a Junior Architect to support projects from concept through permit drawings and Construction Administration. You will work with design and technical leads, contribute to coordinated documentation, and grow your skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to code-compliant drawings while collaborating with a small team and external consultants.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in Rhino and/or Archicad is preferred, but not required — willingness to learn on the job is enough.
• Alignment with Space Time Studio’s mission to build walkable neighborhoods and sustainable buildings is essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist drawing production and development of construction documents.
• Support design development, rendering, and consultant coordination.
• Contribute to drawing set development and coordinated, code-compliant documentation across all phases.
• Translate design intent into clear, buildable solutions in collaboration with partners.
• Work with senior leads to support concept to permit and construction administration stages.
