Job summary

Prinsco Inc. seeks an Application Engineer to provide hands-on technical support to sales teams and customers in Willmar, MN. You will create CAD drawings and layouts, support product development and testing, and collaborate across engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams.

You have a mechanical or civil engineering degree, at least two years of engineering experience, and have passed the FE exam. AutoCAD and 3D CAD experience are required or preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in mechanical or civil engineering and at least two years of engineering experience.
FE exam passed.
AutoCAD experience required; 3D software experience preferred.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Able to lift up to 50 pounds and travel up to 10% to manufacturing sites.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on technical support to sales teams and customers for Prinsco products.
Create and maintain CAD drawings, layouts, and fabrication details.
Support product development, testing, and process improvement efforts.
Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams.
Continuously learn and cross-train to grow technical and professional skills.
Work safely and uphold all safety and PPE requirements.
