Job summary

You will create layout drawings, support product development, and collaborate across engineering, manufacturing, and quality to bring Prinsco products to life, with emphasis on safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or civil engineering with 2+ years of engineering experience.
• Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam passed.
• Proficient with AutoCAD; 3D CAD software experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem solving skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to sales and customers for Prinsco products.
• Create and maintain CAD drawings, layouts, and fabrication details.
• Support product development, testing, and process improvement efforts.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams.
• Continuously learn and cross-train to grow technical and professional skills.
• Work safely and uphold all safety and PPE requirements.
