Monarch Investment & Management Group in Franktown, CO is seeking a Junior Applications Developer for onsite work at our corporate HQ. You will support, maintain, and improve internal applications, build automation tools, and assist with API integrations, including AI-driven development experiments.

We welcome entry-level candidates with foundational skills in Python, C#, Node.js and Git, plus familiarity with Django/Flask/.NET Core. Competitive compensation and strong benefits are offered.

Compensation & Benefits

• $80K – $90K Annually DOE

You’ll:

• Leverage tools like Claude Code and other AI platforms

Example: Build and connect a regional marketing/lead-gen platform tied into leasing systems—figuring out integrations, automation, and UX along the way.

What We’re Looking For: We are open to entry-level candidates with strong foundational skills as well as more experienced developers.

Required:

• Experience (professional, academic, or internship) in software or application development
• Exposure to Python, C#, Node.js, or similar
• Basic understanding of APIs, SQL/databases, and integrations
• Familiarity with frameworks like Django, Flask, or .NET Core
• Experience with Git/version control

Nice to Have:

• Cloud or serverless exposure (Azure, etc.)
• Basic front-end skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
