Job summary

Monarch Investment & Management Group is seeking a software developer for an onsite Colorado role. You will support, maintain, and enhance internal applications, build automation tools, and assist with API integrations including leasing systems.

The team embraces AI-driven development to prototype and iterate quickly. Open to entry-level or experienced developers with a foundation in Python, C#, Node.js, and related technologies.

Qualifications

• Experience (professional, academic, or internship) in software or application development.
• Exposure to Python, C#, Node.js, or similar.
• Basic understanding of APIs, SQL/databases, and integrations.
• Familiarity with frameworks like Django, Flask, or .NET Core.
• Experience with Git/version control.

Responsibilities

• Support, maintain, and improve internal applications.
• Build automation tools and lightweight applications.
• Assist with API integrations (including systems like Yardi).
• Experiment with AI to streamline workflows and development.
• Troubleshoot issues and optimize system performance.

• Experience with Git/version control

• Cloud or serverless exposure (Azure, etc.)
