Job summary

Monarch Investment & Management Group is seeking developers to join an AI-enhanced development environment. You’ll support, maintain, and improve internal applications, build automation tools, and assist with API integrations including Yardi, while exploring AI-driven workflows.

You should have experience in software or application development, and familiarity with Python, C#, Node.js, and frameworks like Django or .NET Core.

You’ll:

• Leverage tools like Claude Code and other AI platforms

Example: Build and connect a regional marketing/lead-gen platform tied into leasing systems—figuring out integrations, automation, and UX along the way.

Required:

• Exposure to Python, C#, Node.js, or similar
• Basic understanding of APIs, SQL/databases, and integrations
• Familiarity with frameworks like Django, Flask, or .NET Core
• Experience with Git/version control

Nice to Have:

• Cloud or serverless exposure (Azure, etc.)
