Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS or related field.
• 0-3 years of related experience or internships.
• Foundation in software development concepts and troubleshooting.
• Clear communication with technical and non-technical users.
• Willingness to ask questions, learn, and grow responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Help employees resolve application errors and data problems.
• Support business platforms and reports (Power BI, Dynamics, SharePoint).
• Create and improve scripts, utilities, reports, and automations.
• Use SQL queries to investigate issues and troubleshoot data movement.
• Participate in testing, version control, and code reviews.
• Document solutions, configurations, and procedures.
• Progress toward ownership of selected applications and integrations.
