Qualifikationen

• Minimum AS/AA in a relevant discipline with at least 2 years of related experience.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a DOE Q Clearance.
• US Citizenship required.
• Residency in Albuquerque area due to onsite work.
• Experience in IT and software development lifecycle processes.
• Ability to gather and translate customer requirements into technical specs.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware IT issues.

Aufgaben

• Assist in enhancing software functionality and architecture; support existing software and hardware components.
• Provide technical support to clients, test applications, maintain hardware, and respond to customer requests.
• Analyze system requirements, design software tools and subsystems, and manage development and support processes.
• Manage software development and support using design techniques and CASE tools.
• Estimate software development costs and schedules.
• Review existing programs, refine, and improve efficiency and techniques.
• Gather functional requirements and document processes; may learn application development.
