Xpressdocs in Fort Worth, Texas is seeking an Entry Level Application Developer to join a growing team. The role emphasizes learning, problem solving, and collaboration, with training provided for the right candidate.

You will contribute to building and supporting applications across web, cloud, and data workflows, while adopting an Agile mindset and strong teamwork. Qualifications include a computing degree preference, hands-on HTML/CSS, and familiarity with REST, ReactJS, and Git.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a computing field preferred.
• Experience with HTML, and CSS.SCSS is a plus.
• Familiarity with frameworks such as ReactJS and Symphony. Wordpress is a plus.
• Client-server programming using REST. Web sockets are a plus.
• Familiarity with database and SQL.
• Familiarity with data structures in JSON and XML
• Experience with source control using GIT.
• Knowledge of effective testing and debugging practices.
• Comfortable using AI to help debug and generate code.
• Knowledge of Linux OS and an understanding of how the Internet and its various components work.

Responsibilities

• Work on building and supporting Xpressdocs applications.
• Follow the Agile process, learning the technologies in use, and building our applications, which range from user-facing web applications, cloud-based automated marketing software, design and customization tools, data integrations with third parties, ecommerce transactions, medium scale data processing, reporting, etc.
• Learn and develop your software design, coding, and troubleshooting skills.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Quality Assurance team to coordinate resolution of reported bugs.
