CFS in Fishers, Indiana is seeking an Entry-Level Accounts Payable Specialist to launch a career in accounting. This full-time, on-site position offers hands-on training in a collaborative team environment.

You will process invoices, verify approvals, and manage payments while supporting month-end activities and vendor inquiries. A degree in accounting/finance and 0–2 years of related experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred.
• 0-2 years accounting, accounts payable, bookkeeping, or administrative experience.

Responsabilités

• Process vendor invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Verify invoice approvals and coding details.
• Prepare and process payments, including checks and electronic transfers.
• Maintain accurate accounts payable records and documentation.
• Reconcile vendor statements and investigate discrepancies.
• Respond to vendor inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Assist with month-end accounting activities and special projects.
