Position Overview: The position, Junior Analyst – Dashboard Development will support StepStone's Data and Technology Solutions (DATS) team by developing, testing, and maintaining Power BI dashboards, data models, and ad-hoc analyses. This role supports firmwide reporting initiatives that provide insights to both internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate is eager to solve complex problems and well suited to those early in their analytics careers, including recent graduates, looking to grow their technical skill set.
