Position Overview

The Junior Analyst A/P is an integral team member of the centralized Accounts Payable process. Responsibilities include following effective internal controls surrounding the Accounts Payable function and ensuring data integrity of financial information through high attention to detail and analytic skills.

What You’ll Do

• Analyze and process invoices for all subsidiaries.

• Communicate invoice related issues via telephone and email to business units, provide invoice submission coaching, as well as minor invoice reconciliations.

• Overtime at times necessary to complete all tasks, time off not approved during quarter end and year end.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent, associate degree preferred.

• 1-3 Years’ experience in an accounting department, preferably in accounts payable.

• Knowledge of Workday preferred, but not required.

Compensation

The estimatedhourly ratefor this role is $20.20-$26.45, along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actualpayrate may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills and experience.
