Job summary

INCATech LLC in Reston, VA is seeking a Junior All-Source Intelligence Analyst with active Top-Secret clearance to support DoD/IC clients. The role requires writing, briefing, and liaison with military personnel and government customers.

Responsibilities include identifying information gaps, developing requirements, and synthesizing Multi-INT data (SIGINT, GEOINT, HUMINT, OSINT) to produce actionable intelligence products and briefings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Intelligence Studies or International Relations OR four years military experience
• Active Top-Secret clearance with SCI potential and CI Poly willingness
• Experience writing all-source intelligence products and briefings

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of intelligence life cycle
• Excellent communication, writing, and briefing skills
• Interact with government customers and military personnel
• Know DoD, IC, or Combatant Command environments
• Support strategic decision-making within the IC or Combatant Command environments
• Identify information gaps and develop requirements for priority intelligence requirements
• Synthesize Multi‑INT data into products (SIGINT, GEOINT, HUMINT, OSINT)
• Use link analysis tools like Analyst Notebook
