Job summary

StepStone is seeking a Junior Analyst, AI Solutions (Learning & Development) in La Jolla to accelerate firm-wide adoption of AI tools. You will design training content, lead enablement sessions, and serve as a hands-on resource for colleagues across the firm, with emphasis on low/no-code approaches for non-technical users.

0–2 years of client-facing, training, consulting, or analyst experience.
Demonstrated hands-on use of generative AI tools in work or academic settings.

Responsibilities

Plan, co-host recurring AI training sessions for audiences across the firm.
Develop and maintain a library of enablement assets for varied skill levels.
Build and showcase practical AI workflows using generative AI assistants and workflow tools.
Provide 1:1 and small-group coaching on prompting, agent design, and workflow setup.
Partner across the firm to design tiered training content aligned to business needs.
Track, communicate and demonstrate new AI tool releases and capabilities.
